Broken Speed Limiter is an upgrade for 
Snork Gunk's
Sticky Snail.
Description[edit | edit source]
Reduces the cooldown of Sticky Snail by 1 second per stage, up to a maximum of 2 seconds, bringing the cooldown down to 4 seconds total.
