Plan B Rockets is an upgrade for 
Commander Rocket's 
Charged Salvo.
Description[ | ]
Adds one rocket to Charged Salvo, making it hold 4 rockets in total. This increases the loading time necessary to load up all rockets from 2.1 seconds to 2.8 seconds, but increases the base damage potential from 180 to 240. It should be noted that the player is still free to fire the rockets normally at any point during the charge.
